Many radio stations offer endorsement packages as one of the items to help advertisers cut through the noise. Often times outside of morning drive, on-air talent don't get sold as much as they should. Which is why I would like to introduce "The Caleb Radio Show Endorsement Incentive."

The idea is to take the station's normal reoccurring talent fee, and give it to the sales person who sells Caleb as an influencer. That's right! I will deliver "made to sound live" endorsement reads for free.

I understand that it's not enough to just get ratings. Segments of the show need to be good enough to be sponsored and monetized. On-air talent should have multiple companies that they influence for. It all adds up.
